Patriots Have A Shot At The AFC East Title

Who would’ve thought back in August that we’d be sitting here saying the Patriots are 11-2 and have a chance to clinch a division title on Sunday against the Bills? I thought they could win ten games, but I didn’t think they’d have a shot at the AFC East crown with the Buffalo Bills in the way. The Bills, Chiefs, Bengals, and Ravens are all a disappointment this year. Buffalo has lost two division games, so even if the Patriots lose on Sunday, they still own the tiebreaker over the Bills.

Sunday The Patriots Can Win The AFC East

Mike Vrabel came to New England because of Drake Maye. He also said back in April that the goal was to win the division. That video was played on one of the first episodes of “Forged in Foxborough.” Well, they have bought in and believe in the quarterback who is having an MVP season. The Patriots-Bills game on Sunday is the most important since Brady went to Tampa.

Buffalo comes to New England squeaking a win against the Bengals who had the game in their hands. The Patriots are coming off a much needed bye week but can they get off to a fast start? I think Vrabel because he has the buy in will have the Patriots ready to go from the start of the game on Sunday. These next four games are important for the division on Sunday and the number one seed for the rest of the games. Mike Vrabel of the hat & T-shirt game this weekend.

No, I don’t use the hat and T-shirt. We’re just trying to play for the championship that we have available this week, and I think it’s a great testament to our players that have put us in this position to be able to do that. Again, that’s not going to be easy. This is a very good football team. There’s a reason that they’ve won this division five years in a row. A lot of respect for them. They’re never out of it, never down, and they may be down, and just like last week, it’s a football team that understands that somebody’s going to make a play.

The best thing Mike Vrabel did was get Drake Maye a legit receiver who he can count on. Now, Drake has spread the ball around but getting Stefon Diggs was the best move Vrabel could’ve made to help Drake Maye develop unlike Belichick who did absolutely nothing to help Mac Jones. Meanwhile, Belichick is out of the College Bowl games and the Patriots are back at the top of the AFC East.

The AFC is wide open with the top quarterbacks out of the playoffs. Besides Buffalo there really isn’t a team that you say “yeah I’m afraid of the quarterback ” Bo Nix is having a good year but can he win a playoff game especially if he has to go on the road? How is Drake Maye going to do in the postseason? Like how he’s doing now in my opinion letting nothing phase him and just doing his thing on the field.
