With the 2026 NFL Draft just 10 days away and the Packers’ recent trade of Dontayvion Wicks to the Philadelphia Eagles, let’s dive into my first full 7-round mock draft for Green Bay.
Some key notes for this mock draft: This is what I think Brian Gutekunst and the Green Bay Packers will do, not necessarily what I would do personally or what I want them to do. For continuity, I will not be making any trades, as most draft-day trades are team-specific and difficult to predict. My picks are informed by current rumors, Top 30 visits, and the Packers’ previous draft history. Also, remember that the Packers traded for Micah Parsons and gave up their first-round picks in 2026 and 2027.
2nd round pick 52 – Christen Miller, DT, Georgia
The Packers are shifting back to a 3-4 defense under new defensive coordinator J. Gannon. With D. Wyatt entering the final year of his contract and no extension yet in place, Green Bay needs to find his replacement or a strong counterpart inside. This pick fits Brian Gutekunst’s tendencies perfectly — a Georgia defender who was a Top 30 visit. Personally, I’m not a huge fan of Miller. He’s a solid run defender but offers little to no pass-rush upside.
3rd round pick 84 – Ted Hurst, WR, Georgia State
After trading away Dontayvion Wicks and with only Matthew Golden and Savion Williams under contract beyond 2026, the Packers could be in the market for another high-upside wide receiver. Watson could still receive an extension, but at the current going rate of $26–28 million per year for a true downfield playmaker, Green Bay might decide his injury history isn’t worth the risk. Therefore, Hurst is a high-rising prospect who could easily be off the board by this pick, but if he falls, this would be an outstanding value selection for the Packers.
4th round pick 120 – Will Lee III, CB, Texas A&M
Will Lee III is one of my personal draft crushes. He’s an outside corner who tackles well and has the ability to lock down one side of the field — something the Packers haven’t had consistently since the early days of Jaire Alexander.
5th round pick 153 – Harold Perkins, LB, LSU
With the loss of Quay Walker and the transition back to a 3-4 defense, the Packers will need another sideline-to-sideline linebacker to pair with Edgerrin Cooper.
5th round pick 160 – Nadame Tucker, EDGE, Western Michigan
Nadame Tucker is a 25-year-old prospect. Consequently, that could cause him to slide in the draft. However, when you watch the tape, he doesn’t look like a typical Day 3 player. Tucker recorded 14.5 sacks last season despite being a one-year starter. He shows excellent explosiveness off the line and the bend to get to the quarterback.
6th round pick 201 – Travis Burke, OT, Memphis
Travis Burke was the starting right tackle for Memphis and plays with a nasty demeanor. He will protect Jordan Love with everything he has and plays through the echo of the whistle. He brings the kind of toughness and effort the Packers’ offensive line has been missing since TJ Lang.
7th round pick 236 – Karon Prunty, CB, Wake Forest
A Top 30 visit prospect who is gaining late momentum heading into the draft. His tape is a mixed bag — you’re never quite sure what you’re going to get with Prunty.
7th round pick 255 – Behren Morton, QB, Texas Tech
The Packers are looking for a long-term backup to Jordan Love. Morton had an impressive season at Texas Tech, but injuries and inconsistency are his biggest concerns. He possesses one of the best deep balls in the draft. With our final pick, he offers significant upside at a very low cost.
