Here we go yet again. The Dallas Cowboys are sitting at 1-2 and have been destroyed on the ground two games in a row. I have written about this before, but yet again, I am writing after Jerry Jones said it today in his weekly radio address. STOP LISTENING TO WHAT JERRY JONES SAYS!!!
Today, Jerry said he was comfortable with every position on the field for the Dallas Cowboys. Now, this has been the usual stance for decades. What bothers me and matters to every Dallas Cowboys fan shouldn’t be anything that Jerry Jones says. The product on the field is yet again not going to be a football team that can compete for the NFC Championship and is nowhere near being a Super Bowl championship squad.
When Jerry or Stephen Jones says anything about football, turn off the source. Neither of these clowns knows what the coaches and players do on the field. No other owner has his radio address, and no other owner gets to spout the nonsense that comes out of their mouths.
Dallas Cowboys Fans
Jerry and Stephen Jones care only about one thing: the Dallas Cowboys brand. If you really want to see things change, then EVERY Dallas Cowboys fan needs to stop buying anything related to the Dallas Cowboys. As a birthday present, I got a T-shirt and a jersey.
That’s it for my merchandise related to the Dallas Cowboys. I refuse to give Jerry Jones a single penny of my money, and so should the rest of Cowboys Nation. I won’t travel to Dallas or the Dallas Cowboys to play against any team. I used to do that, but I stopped.
Hit Jerry Jones where it matters the most to him, and that is ALWAYS going to be when he sees the receipts falling. He might wake up and give the fans of the Dallas Cowboys a team that can truly compete.
Okay, that’s my tirade. Now it’s on to the New York Giants.
Dallas Cowboys Versus New York Giants
I don’t care the Giants beat the Cleveland Browns. So did the Dallas Cowboys. This week, the Dallas Cowboys must win against the New York Giants to return to being a .500 team.
Daniel Jones has Malik Nabors, and they’ve had some success. Sorry, Malick, but when Trevon Diggs lines up against you Thursday night, you had better be on top of your game. Carson, the other cornerback, needs to be on Wandale Robinson.
The key reason the Dallas Cowboys will beat the New York Giants is that they can’t run the football. This has hampered the Cowboys for many years. Minus Saquon Barkley, the New York Giants do not threaten the Dallas Cowboys’ defense.
Dak Prescott will again be called upon to throw the football against the New York Giants. Ceedee Lamb, stop whining on the sidelines if you are not open and other receivers are.
The New York Giants aren’t capable against the Dallas Cowboys’ weakness. They can’t run the football, meaning Micah Parsons can be turned loose.
Prediction
I fully expect the better team to win Thursday night.
As I said in my season preview article, the Dallas Cowboys will defeat the New York Giants and score plenty of points.
I have the Dallas Cowboys winning this game by a score of 42 to 17 for the New York Giants.
Once again, Dallas Cowboys fans, nothing will change until you hit Jerry Jones in the pocketbook.
