Unlike our Philadelphia writer Mark Wilson who boldly predicted his season outlook for FlyEaglesFly to have a 15 and 2 record at the end of the regular season. I have seen bold predictions come and go for many so-called “Super Bowl” contenders including the Dallas Cowboys more often than not the hopes and dreams of regular season dominance all come down to one thing and that’s being HEALTHY!! We won’t know how the regular season will play out for any roster because we have no idea how healthy any team will be.

But in answer to our Eagles writer, I will predict the Dallas Cowboys record for the 2023 regular season matches the 12-5 mark they have put up in the last two regular seasons. Here’s how the Cowboys season will go down in my opinion.

Since Micah Parsons said this today I am standing by him.

I will be a Super Bowl champion!! #begreat

— Micah Parsons (@MicahhParsons11) September 1, 2023

Week One

Going to New Jersey should be a federal offense in that Met Life Stadium to face the “New York Giants” I will do a more in-depth article on this game coming up before the two teams clash on Sunday Night Football. However, this Dallas Cowboys team enters this game as healthy as can be. So I have the Cowboys continuing their recent dominance over the Giants.

Week Two

Oh, it’s the other team from New Jersey coming to visit the Dallas Cowboys as Aaron Rodgers brings in his young New York Jets team to AT&T Stadium. Sorry J-E-T-S fans but the Dallas Cowboys defense is going to put Rodgers down and out in this game and the Cowboys will be 2-0.

Week Three

The Cowboys travel to Arizona to face a Cardinals team that is rebuilding and won’t have Kyler Murray to deal with. So indeed the Dallas Cowboys will be 3-0 after winning this game in front of a crowd that will be mostly Cowboys fans.

Week Four

Bill Belichick brings his New England Patriots to Dallas and the Cowboys defense will overwhelm his young offensive line and the Dallas Cowboys will open the season at 4-0.

Week Five

It doesn’t matter who the QB is for the Niners. Until the Dallas Cowboys get their offense to do something against the San Francisco 49ers vaunted defense I have the first loss of the season coming to the Cowboys. I hope Trevon Diggs’s jersey isn’t as clean as it looked after their playoff loss to the Niners.

Week Six

In their second straight game in California, the Dallas Cowboys will lose to Justin Herbert and the Chargers who if healthy will have a tremendous offense but this will end up being a close game and the Chargers sneak out of this game with an FG win.

Week Eight

After the bye week, the Dallas Cowboys face the third straight game against a California team and they hammer the Los Angeles Rams at home.

Week Nine

Here comes the battle of all battles according to Eagles fans as they host the Dallas Cowboys. Jalen Hurts and his band of Kelly Green bandits get the win. See Mark I hold no animosity towards the Eagles.

Week Ten

The second game against the New York Giants turns out like the rest of these games do lately. The Dallas Cowboys win.

Week Eleven

The Washington Commanders come into Dallas and pull off the upset victory against the Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day. See that prediction bossman Joe Cardoso and Ryan Cooley? Again I hold no animosity towards the Washington organization since you’re no longer the Redskins….lol

Week 12

Geno Smith brings his Seattle Seahawks to AT&T Stadium and unlike the days of Russell Wilson or the pre-season game, this season sees the Cowboys beat Seattle convincingly.

Week 13

In the return bout between the NFC East rivals and at home this time the Dallas Cowboys send the Philadelphia Eagles back to Pennsylvania with a loss.

Week 14

In a Super Bowl stupor and in bad weather the Dallas Cowboys lose to the Buffalo Bills. Don’t get excited Buffaloians it’s just a regular-season game. In the real deal, we all know y’all will lose to Dallas if the two teams ever meet again in a Super Bowl.

Week 15

Christmas Eve will be spent in Miami and the Dallas Cowboys will be “The Grinch” who steals all those Fins Up fan’s hearts as the Cowboys will leave Florida with the goodies.

Week 16

Dan Campbell brings his Detroit Lions to Dallas and will go home as the loser after the Cowboys defense manhandles their way to another victory over the Lions.

Week 17

So yet another regular season ends with the Dallas Cowboys being victorious this time in Washington. You see the last time the Cowboys rested their starters and didn’t play very well. Not this season as the Dallas Cowboys will be healthy and they defeat the Commanders as revenge for losing on Thanksgiving Day to the Commanders.

Dallas Cowboys

So there’s my 12-5 season played out for y’all. The Dallas Cowboys and the Philadephia Eagles will both be 12-5 sorry Mark that’s just the way I see it going down in the 2023 NFL season. This time though the home win against the Eagles pushes the Cowboys ahead of the Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys win the NFC East division there will be no joy in Eagles land and they won’t repeat as NFC East winners.

That’s my prediction if the Dallas Cowboys remain HEALTHY!!!
