With the NFL offseason in full swing, the Baltimore Ravens have some interesting offseason roster decisions to make with some players. The Ravens are 22 million dollars under the cap, which means they need to make some choices for next season. When examining the roster, the Ravens’ roster is particularly talented on both sides of the ball. Either resurrecting contracts or letting players go in free agency can help this team be better for 2026. Here are some of the key players who will either leave or stay in 2026.
Offseason Decision #1 Tyler Linderbaum
The biggest free agent that the Ravens have this offseason is Offensive lineman Tyler Linderbaum. Linderbaum, a free agent, wants to become the highest-paid center in the entire NFL, eclipsing Creed Humphery. The market was set by Creed Humphery, who got paid 18 million, while Linderbaum wants at least 20 million. The Ravens did the same thing last year with Ronnie Stanley, signing Stanley to a 3-year deal before free agency. The Ravens might be doing the same plan with Linderbaum before free agency starts on March 11.
The Ravens need to fix that Offensive line after a messy 2025 season, and signing Linderbaum could be a start. Tyler Linderbaum had a solid 2025 season, when it comes down to overall grades and run blocking grades. He had a grade of 83.7, which is 4th among centers in the entire NFL. Struggled with pass blocking, which landed him 22nd, but overall, he graded in the top 5 among all centers. I believe he will get his money, and I believe it will be with the Baltimore Ravens and beyond.

Offseason Decision #2 Marlon Humphrey:
Marlon Humphrey is the 2nd-longest current tenure Ravens player, only behind left tackle Ronnie Stanley. 2025 was statistically a down year for Humphrey and his worst year during his 9 years with the Baltimore Ravens. He was better at run defense in 2025 than he was while in coverage against other teams. The only high for Humphrey was that he led the entire team in interceptions, with 4 of them. Overall, Marlon Humphery did have a bad year in 2025, but he could bounce back for a better 2026.
But, with the cap situation, Marlon Humphery could be looking for a new home to play in 2026. Humphrey will be bringing a cap number of 26 million into 2026, which alone could cause the Ravens’ cap problems. The only way that Marlon Humphrey will be in a Baltimore Ravens uniform in 2026 is by restructuring his deal. If not, will be a candidate for cap casualty post June 1st, which the Ravens save 19 million. Marlon Humphrey had a great career in Baltimore, but with his cap number, he be in another uniform in 2026.
Prediction: Ravens will cut Marlon Humphrey after June 1st and save 19 million in cap space.
Offseason Decision #3 Isaiah Likely:
The other big free agent for the Baltimore Ravens this offseason is Tight End, Isaiah Likely. The Ravens re-signed Mark Andrews to a 3-year extension; they want to keep the combo of both Andrews and Likely. Likely has shown some flash about making some big-time catches in some big games, like against the Steelers. The fans have also been wanting to keep Isaiah Likely over Mark Andrews; they signed Mark Andrews over Likely. Having both Andrews and Likely could make life a lot easier for Lamar Jackson in 2026 and beyond.
Odds of Isaiah Likely resigning with the Ravens will all depend on one thing, and that’s the value. Right now, Likely’s contract value is 8.8 million dollars, and the Ravens will do everything to hold on to Likely. But there will be some other teams that will overpay for Isaiah Likely and his services for 2026. Losing Isaiah Likely could be hurtful, but he is replaceable for this Baltimore Ravens team. It will come down to value to see if Isaiah Likely will be in a Baltimore Ravens uniform in 2026.

Offseason Decision #4: Dre’Mont Jones
Dre’Mont Jones was acquired by the Baltimore Ravens at the trade deadline for a 5th round pick from the Titans. When he came over, he helped out the pass rush in a big way with a 67.3 pff grade. He accumulated a total of 51 pressures against quarterbacks in his 9 games as a Baltimore Raven. Also, in Week 15 against the Cincinnati Bengals, Jones got a pff grade of 88.7. In 9 games, Dre’Mont Jones was able to help not only the pass rush but the defense as a whole.
Dre’ Mont Jones was a great trade acquisition for the Ravens at the trading deadline. His contributions in 9 games were something that the Ravens needed in terms of pass rush. His contract value in free agency is around 10.3 million. This one player that I would like for the Ravens to resign to a multi-year deal. Dre’Monet Jones would be a player I think would be a great contributor for the Ravens’ pass rush in 2026.
