A Fresh Start For Mac Jones Is On Another Team

When offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt spoke last week about a fresh start for Mac Jones it would be on another team. One mistake here and the spoiled fans will be chanting for the rookie. The fans are so spoiled that they think every quarterback will be Brady. When they turn out to be not Brady regardless what Belichick did they turn on the quarterback.

That was perfectly clear in 2022 against the Bears on National Television with Matt Patricia as the offensive coordinator after Mac Jones has a rough start the delusional spoiled fans started chanting for Zappe. It turned out he was no better either even though he thought he was. There were even fans thinking that Zappe could be Brady. Oh man, were they wrong. Not even close, and nobody is accept  Patrick Mahomes.

For Mac the right spot for him like I’ve said it’s somewhere where the pieces are in place. The right coach who thinks about the offensive side of the ball, has playmakers on that side and an offensive line. I’ve said the 49ers are a perfect spot for him and be in a competition with Brock Purdy.

Mac Jones has lost all confidence in himself with the Patriots

His confidence in New England is shot here. He has zero chance of ever making a career with the Patriots because of the way he was treated by the team and the fan base. Here’s what Mel Kiper said about the Patriots next quarterback.

You just hope that they will build that offensive line up, get some receivers. They hung Mac Jones out to dry. Hopefully they handle the situation in terms of the talent around Drake Maye a lot better than they did with Mac Jones.

I’m sick of the spoiled  Patriots fans saying Mac did this Mac did that. Yeah Mac had antics on the field in 2022 throwing tantrums to Patricia and Judge. Could he have handled that differently? Sure but he shouldn’t have had been in that position in the first place. Then you have 2023 where there was zero protection and he was mentally broken by the head coach.

The reason the head coach doesn’t have a job is because of how he handled Mac Jones. These teams don’t trust Belichick with their young quarterbacks. But people don’t want to see it that way they just see Belichick won with Brady and Mac was a baby. Mac Jones will be better on a different team period.

Here is what Van Pelt said about Mac being the Starter in 2024
