15-Seconds On The Shot Clock Questions For NBA Season

The Association, aka the NBA, is BACK! And with it comes a ton of questions we want to see answered throughout the 82 marathon to crown a champion in June. So I cut it down to 15 that are at the top of my mind. The offseason was BUSY and kept any true hoop head on their toes and mouth-watering for the season to tip off. Well, here we are, so with 15 seconds on the clock, can I please get a pass on the wing?

  1. If NOT Boston, who’s coming out of the east, then who will?
  2. Can the 76ers FINALLY show up in the playoffs and turn looks good on paper into actual wins?
  3. Do the New York Knicks have enough depth?
  4. Can the OKC Thunder move from a “Feel good story” to legit NBA Finals contenders?
  5. Do The Sacramento Kings bounce back and make the playoffs?
  6. After spending over $600 million this offseason, will the Orlando Magic be who we think they can be?
  7. Does what happened in Paris to Jayson Tatum put a jet pack in his back and an MVP trophy in his hands?
  8. Are we sleeping on the Miami Heat?
  9. Are Dame and Giannias enough to keep the Bucks’ championship window open?
  10. Wemby year 2. I can NOT wait to see what the offseason and CP3 do for him.
  11. Does Steph Curry have another run in him with his current cast?
  12. Ben Simmons, will he play at least 40 games?
  13. Who from this year’s rookie class steps into the spotlight?
  14. Are tickets still available for the Ja Morant revenge tour?
  15. Have I written off the Denver Nuggets too soon?

Let the games begin! What are some questions you have for the upcoming season? If you are a true fan of hoops, make sure you catch me along with Melo Williams and Kevin Lucas on “The Hoop Heads” podcast. One thing you can always count on with the NBA is that the season will NOT be boring, and we know NOTHING about how it will turn out.

Joe Cardoso

Joe Cardoso here! I’m the epitome of a sports junkie. An alum of the College of Southern Maryland, I received a diploma from the Maryland Institute of Broadcasting (MIB). During my tenure at MIB, I was a news/sports major and had the opportunity to intern at Fox 45 sports and Ravens Radio. I also worked as an overnight board operator for Sports Talk 980 ESPN Radio. I’ve been a total sports fanatic pretty much from the womb. My first love is soccer followed by basketball and then football. My favorite athletes are Kevin Garnett and Marino Rivera and my sports teams are the Yankees, Commanders, Michigan, Wizards, and Chelsea. My passion for sports is never ending. My sister once commented that I would probably follow pig racing if it was a sport!
