With Tom Brady coming back to Foxborough for the first time since he went to Tampa. What do the fans think? There are some people that don’t like Brady regardless of the six Super Bowls he won while with the Patriots in a 20-year span. Then there are some that don’t like Belichick and won’t watch another Patriots game until Belichick is no longer coaching them. Finally, there are some fans who hope he does well and are still rooting for the Patriots. But what will fans on Sunday do? Will they boo? Give him a standing ovation? I wonder if people will wear the double version of Brady’s jersey half Patriots and half Buccaneers.
I personally think fans will give him a standing ovation. He at least deserves that after all he’s accomplished while playing with the Patriots. He really did put the Patriots on the map which made them the biggest dynasty in NFL History. I don’t think there should be boo’s on Sunday and if there are we probably won’t hear them on TV. I’m sure the fans will be pumped but also be emotional seeing Brady walk on the field with a different jersey on.
Below are responses of me asking what are you looking forward to the most with Tom Brady returning to New England on Sunday?
Mario Wilson: I think it’s being able to welcome back someone who did so much for us as an organization and being able to appreciate someone playing at the highest level now that we don’t have a biased interest anymore. As an active fan who got used to TB12 week in and week out you expected greatness all the time. It was very easy to criticize a bad throw or bad call even when they rarely happened. Now that there isn’t the vested interest to want to win every single game with him as our QB, we can sit down and just watch and enjoy greatness as it’s happening
Scott Fagan: I love Brady but Hope he throws 5 picks
