Oh, hell yeah, Kamala Harris will make a great President!!!
I first got excited about Vice-President Kamala Harris at the 2012 Democratic National Convention. When she spoke at that convention, I told my fellow Arkansans who were there with me that they were seeing a future President. I said the same thing about a confident young man named Barack Obama when he spoke at the 2004 Democratic National Convention. However, I didn’t see him winning as soon as he did.
I then heard her story after that convention and was amazed—so much so that before she entered the 2020 Presidential race, I already had a Kamala Harris for President in 2020 as my Twitter picture. Now, I also have Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar as her running mate. I missed out on the gender, but Governor Tim Walz of Minnesota is the running mate. Sorry, ladies, there is still some testosterone in the Executive Office.
Kamala Harris For The People
Whether or not you believe in Kamala Harris the same way I do, there is little doubt that Vice President Kamala Harris is so well-prepared to be the next President of the United States.
As you’ve heard time and again this week, those five words meant something to Vice President Kamala Harris. She has stood with the people her entire career, from a prosecutor in San Francisco to the District Attorney in San Francisco, the Attorney General, and the Senator from California. Vice President Kamala Harris has remained true to those five words.
From using her ironing board to campaigning when she first ran for political office, Few city residents knew her name. Harris set up an ironing board as a table outside grocery stores to meet people. She won and quickly showed a willingness to chart her path. She defeated the long-time District Attorney. Months into her tenure, Harris declined to seek the death penalty for the killer of a young police officer slain in the line of duty, fraying her relationship with city cops.
She fought on, though, and won the California Attorney General’s job in 2010, again defeating the establishment candidates. Then, she won the California Senate race. When she stood for the people and questioned the Supreme Court nominees named by the man whose name I do not use EVER, he is referred to as 45** as he held the highest office in the land, but he doesn’t deserve to be named by any former Marine Corps member like I am. When he called us veterans and those who made the ultimate sacrifice for being “Losers and Suckers.” How he attacked Senator John McCain means that he doesn’t deserve his name to be mentioned.
Vice President Kamala Harris
From the day she became Vice President, Kamala Harris has cast the most tie-breaking votes in the United States’ history. She has voted 33 times to break ties in the United States Senate, just for these clowns who say she didn’t do anything while being Vice President.
When she went to Tennessee, a very red state, she stood up with those three members who had been kicked out of the legislature, as she has always done.
As Vice President, you don’t get to do things that you might like, nor do you have the power that some clowns in the GOP claim that she did nothing about the southern border. Do you know what Vice President Harris did? She dealt with the leaders of the countries that see a large number of those so-called “migrants” come from. I’ll be darn Vice President Kamala Harris has led the fight for reproductive freedom for women and for the rights of every citizen to have their children, much like Governor Tim Walz, who told his story at the Democratic National Convention.
Vice President Kamala Harris again means it when she says, “For The People.”
When I saw Vice President Kamala Harris accept the Democratic Party nomination, I had tears in my eyes, just as I did when Secretary Hillary Clinton became the first female nominee for the Presidency of the United States. I pray that the outcome is far different from 2016, when 46.2% of the population stayed home and didn’t vote.
I will be a very happy supporter when Vice President Kamala Harris wins the office of President of the United States on November 5th.
If you’ve never voted before or live anywhere in this nation, register and ensure you are still on the voter roll.
This election means so much for WOMENS REPRODUCTIVE FREEDOM.
When the former Lt. Governor of Georgia, Geoff Duncan, told those Republican people they could vote for Vice President Kamala Harris that they would be patriots, he was 1000% accurate.
The young lady who went to the HBCU at Howard University deserves to become the next President of the United States. She will become the first female President, and yes, to all those racists out there, she will be the first President of South Asian descent and the first female black President.
Join me and the rest of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority, who don’t care about where her family came from. They, like myself care about Vice President Kamala Harris working “For The People.”
