Josh McDaniel’s being fired by the Raiders is just another example of Belichick’s coaching tree failure. Whether it’s Eric Mangini, Matt Patricia, Joe Judge, Bill O’Brien, or Josh McDaniel they all failed as head coaches. The only ones that had success were Brian Flores who did pretty well in Maimi, and general manager Jason Licht of the Buccaneers. Why did Jason Licht have success with Tampa because he won a Super Bowl with Tom Brady in 2020. Licht was with the Patriots in 2002 and won two Super Bowls. This goes to show you all the personnel under Belichick even Belichick himself are a product of Tom Brady.
Matt Patricia Was An Example Of A Product Of Brady
Matt Patricia was on the Patriots for many Tom Brady Super Bowls. Patricia thinks he’s the reason they beat the Seahawks in the Super Bowl when Malcolm Butler got the game-winning interception which was thrown by Russell Wilson. Patricia thought he was a big tough guy and got the Lion’s head coaching job only to get laughed at. He had problems with the Lions players the moment he got the job. Slay said this after Patricia got fired from the Lions
Joe Judge Has A Big Ego
Then it was hardo Joe Judge another product of Tom Brady. From day one with the New York Giants Judge thought he knew it all. After Judge was fired from the Giants ex-NFL player Shaun Smith tweeted
Josh McDaniel’s Gets Fired Quickly From The Raiders
Then there is Josh McDaniel who had success as the offensive coordinator when Tom Brady was with the Patriots but failed as a head coach with the Rams, Broncos, and now with the Raiders. Josh is another example of a product of Brady. It got so bad with the Raiders that DeVante Adams felt he was being screwed over. It probably felt like Patriots West with all general managers, coaching staff, and quarterback having ties to the Patriots. Where has that gotten them? Fired and Garoppolo benched.
Bill O’Brien has some success as a head coach but had it out with De Andre Hopkins in Houston. Belichick hasn’t been the same since Brady left. Right now he’s Cleveland Brown Belichick. Belichick was even a product of Tom Brady. I mean he signs with Tampa whose general manager is Jason Licht who was with the Patriots in the early part of the Belichick/ Brady years and wins a Super Bowl. If that doesn’t tell you it was all Brady I’m not sure what does.
It was never the Patriot way. It was the Brady way. He made the coaches and players better around him. Once Brady left or the coaches coached somewhere else their true colors would show and the coaches wouldn’t be good.
