The Michigan Wolverines football program’s storied history wrote itself a new page during the 2024 season when the program not only won it’s 1000th game but also the National Championship. The 2024 National Championship is the Wolverines’ 12th in school history and first since 1997. While Michigan may have it’s fair share of legendary coaches, it is the players who get the job done on the field.
Now a program of Michigan’s stature has players that define excellence, excellence that has persevered throughout the decades of spectacular Wolverine football. To limit such a massive pool of talent to ten players is a daunting task but one that is undertaken when our Saturdays are filled with reality television and without college football.
