The San Francisco 49ers hit the road looking to win their second game in a row as the Tampa Bay Bucs are up next. After last week’s win over a very solid Jaguars team, the talk surrounding the team has changed quite a bit. Brock Purdy was a fraud, the defense went from being seen by many as top-tier to all of a sudden being full of holes. Using the bye week to address the issues and also getting healthy with the returns of Trent Williams, and Deebo Samuel. Tampa sits at 4-5 and has pretty much been in every game they played this year except the Eagles game.
Week 11 is here!

Offense Keys:
The impact of getting Deebo and Trent back can’t be sold short, but Brock Purdy also made much better decisions last week. Not having back-breaking turnovers which was happening during the losing streak kept the offense on schedule. It will be a bare-knuckle brawl in the trenches as the run game faces a strong Bucs run defense that won’t make it easy on Christian McCaffrey who is always the starting point of the Niners offense. I expect more pass plays and a chance for Deebo and company to make plays and jump out early. Another good performance from Purdy will further show he is the man for the job. Brock Purdy had his best game of the season last week and he needs to stack another one.
Defense Keys:
Can the Tampa Bay offensive line slow down the new and improved pass rush? That is the key to the Bucs having any chance in this game. Chase Young made himself at home last week and should be even better with more practice time and film study. Mayfield has not been sacked a lot this year but last weeks 5 sacks are just a sign of things to come with this front four. I don’t let the stats fool me we all know Mayfield takes chances even though it appears this year he doesn’t. Shut down the run make him drop back 30-34 times and watch the turnovers come sooner or later. Having one of the lowest-ranked rushing offenses in the league plays right into the hands of the 49ers. Mike Evans is not at 100% but he is still dangerous and Chris Godwin is back 100% from his torn ACL and can be a problem in the slot.
Conclusion:
It is safe to say that this team is BACK. Once again a trade made at the deadline gives a much-needed boost of energy and then they went out and played well. Everyone says it but it’s true these are the kind of games the elite teams win, and win easily. Back at home and being one of the more healthy teams in the league right now the Niners get it done. With a steady running game and some big plays from Purdy 49ers 27-17 over the Bucs.
