Following his win at the 2026 Oscars for Best Actor, Michael B. Jordan is not slowing down anytime soon. What’s next for the star following his outstanding performance in Sinners? Well, it appears Jordan will be busy over the next few years, with at least 6 movies confirmed.
Michael B. Jordan is set to remake the classic film The Thomas Crown Affair, which is scheduled for release in 2027. From there, he will jump into another remake with a starring role in Miami Vice. That’s two classic remakes, but Jordan is not done. For the past few years, there have been rumors of Jordan teaming up with Will Smith in I Am Legend 2, and by all accounts, that appears to be happening.
But Jordan is not just for the adults. He lent his voice to the animated department with Swapped. And for all the Tom Clancy fans, the rumors also appear to be true: there will be a Rainbow Six film in which Jordan is set to reprise his character in the sequel to Without Remorse. And yes, there is also speculation that fans may get a Creed IV as well.
However, with most high-profile stars in Hollywood, Michael B. Jordan is stepping into a new era as his company, Outlier Society, struck a first-look deal with Amazon. He will also dabble in the small screen with the Val Zod series for HBO Max and is also adapting the Fourth Wing series based on the fantasy novels.

Michael B. Jordan is showing that to stay relevant in Hollywood, you must not only work but also put out great content. With his already stellar catalog, some would take a moment to bask in the spotlight, but not Jordan. He wants to put his mark in the history books as one of the best to ever do it, and even with an Oscar in his back pocket, he wants more.
Michael B. Jordan is at the top of the food chain now, just like Denzel Washington and Will Smith when it comes to black actors. He’s at the level now where the studios call him and the writers brainstorm scripts tailor-made just for him. He’s now in the small group of actors that we can say are the “it guys” in Hollywood.
