Since the start of Team NBS Media, when we were known as “Nuts and Bolts Sports,” showcasing dream chasers has been a huge part of the brand. I have the honor of speaking with some amazing content creators, fitness trainers, and overall badasses. As those totals start to stack up, I figured it was a great time to highlight what some of these folks have been up to since we last spoke. A lot of these ladies gave me a shot when I was still growing my brand, interview style, and brand vision. So I created “Dream Chasers “Check In” where I pick 3 past interviews and see what the person has been doing since our interview. So with that all out of the way let’s see what these awesome people have been cooking up.
Tisha Alyn
One of the hardest workers in the biz Tisha spoke with us in 2018 check out that interview.
Since then she has been BUSY getting engaged, blowing up her golf social media content even more, and starting her clothing brand, as well as a really cool podcast “Welcome To The ParTee”. Stepping into the role of keynote speaker at events such as the inaugural Women in Sports Summit hosted by Forbes. But back to the clothing brand, it is everything we wouldn’t expect from golf-related attire. It has swag and an edge all its own. Expect to see her Alyn Golf on golf courses across the country sooner rather than later. I will be rocking some of the merch this summer, that’s right fella she didn’t forget us snapbacks and bucket hats on deck. Check out all the merch on the website.
Katya Elise Henry
From her days of “Workouts By Katya” a lot has changed for the now mother of two. But the hustle remains the same along with an Instagram following of 7.5 million people. In our first interview, she was starting to build her fitness brand and now she is leveling it up through not only social media but a new company “Velaura” which is athletic wear for women. Still shares big parts of her life through her socials and gives tips on motherhood along with fitness. She has entered a new chapter with motherhood taking center stage along with an entrepreneurial spirit. It is only a matter of time before women are all in on the #Velauralife
Thata Luz
Traveling is awesome so it was an easy choice to speak to someone with a ton of stamps on their passport. Plus my mother always told me to not miss a chance to keep my Portuguese sharp. Really enjoyed chatting with Thata Luz about her life as a content creator who hails from Brazil. Still, a thrill seeker who will give any sport a try and is also a senior in college studying sports nutrition. Give her a follow on IG for a fun mix of travel, lifestyle, and faith. Bigger things ahead for this young lady for sure.
Getting to know people who aren’t just talking about their dreams but living them out is inspiring giving you that jolt we all need to live out our own. Who will be featured next month?
