I don’t see the Dallas Cowboys winning 12 games in a fourth straight season or more in the 2024 season. I recently read an article from ESPN about the Eagles winning the division with a 10-7 record and the Dallas Cowboys finishing with a 9-8 record. So Thomas and Mark, our two Philadelphia Eagles fans at TEAMNBSMedia, when I said both the Eagles and Cowboys would tie for the division with both going 11-6 this season, I am further ahead than the “Experts” are from Stamford.
Here is how I have the Dallas Cowboys season going. I am assuming they signed Ceedee Lamb.
Week One
Dallas Cowboys versus Cleveland Browns
I know everyone is waiting for Tom Brady’s debut in the booth. However, for me, week one will see the Dallas Cowboys lose to the Browns by a score of 24-20.
Week Two
New Orleans Saints versus Dallas Cowboys
The Aint’s have returned, and their visit to AT&T Stadium will not be a good time for New Orleans. Dallas Cowboys win this game handily by a score of 34-13.
Week Three
Baltimore Ravens versus Dallas Cowboys
Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson will run wild on the Cowboys, and they beat the Ravens beat the Cowboys 27-17.
Week Four
Dallas Cowboys versus the New York Giants
As I said on the TEAMNBSMedia YouTube show when we discussed this division, the Dallas Cowboys will again score over 40 points on the Giants. They pound Daniel Jones and the Giants as the defense will score two TDs, and the Giants lose for the 13th straight time to Dak Prescott. 45-10 is my final score.
Week Five
Dallas Cowboys versus Pittsburgh Steelers
Thanks for hiring Arthur Smith as your OC, Mike Tomlin. The Dallas Cowboys beat the Steelers 30-21.
Week Six
Detroit Lions versus Dallas Cowboys
There won’t be any silly calls this year, as we saw in last year’s game. The Lions beat the Cowboys 27-20, and we see the Cowboys fall to 1-2 at AT&T Stadium.
Week Eight
Dallas Cowboys versus San Francisco 49ers
Yes, the Dallas Cowboys will end their losing streak against the Niners. The Cowboy’s defense stops Christian McCaffrey from running wild, and the Cowboys beat the Niners on a Brandon Aubrey FG in overtime to beat San Francisco 24-21.
Week Nine
Dallas Cowboys versus Atlanta Falcons
The Cowboys will lose this game as this is a typical trap game on the schedule. The Falcons beat the Cowboys 27-17.
Week Ten
Philadelphia Eagles versus Dallas Cowboys
For the first time in 31 seasons, the Philadelphia Eagles’ game against the Dallas Cowboys will be shown on CBS. Despite Jim Nantz and Tony Romo calling this game, the Dallas Cowboys will defeat Philadelphia 24-17.
Week Eleven
Houston Texans versus Dallas Cowboys
When CJ Stroud brings the other Texas team to Dallas, the Dallas Cowboys will lose, and in a big way. Stroud will lead the Texans to a 33-20 victory. I firmly believe the Texans are headed to an AFC championship game in the next two seasons.
Week Twelve
Dallas Cowboys versus Washington Commanders
Not this year, Joe Cardoso. The Commanders are still a year away from being contenders, and the Dallas Cowboys will beat the Commanders 34-17.
Week Thirteen
New York Giants versus Dallas Cowboys
Yes, Dak Prescott beats the Giants for the 14th time as either Drew Lock or Tommy Devito comes to Dallas and loses on Thanksgiving Day. Dallas Cowboys put the Giants down by a score of 38-10.
Week Fourteen
Cincinnati Bengals versus Dallas Cowboys
The Dallas Cowboys defeat the Bengals 24-21 as Brandon Aubrey kicks a FG with no time on the clock.
Week Fifteen
Dallas Cowboys versus Carolina Panthers
The Cowboys will leave Carolina with a victory. Sorry to all of you Bryce Young fans, but his offensive line is still not good enough, and the Panther’s defense isn’t that great, either. Cowboys 42, Panthers 10.
Week Sixteen
Tampa Bay Buccaneers versus Dallas Cowboys
Baker Mayfield leads the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a close victory over the Cowboys 26-23. Jeff Barnes, our Bucs Weekly reporter, you can regale me with stories all the off-season on how they beat the Cowboys..lol
Week Seventeen
Dallas Cowboys versus Philadelphia Eagles
The Dallas Cowboys clinched the NFC East Division in the best way possible by beating the Eagles for the second straight time. They did so with a convincing victory, winning against the Eagles at Lincoln Field by a score of 31-17. Sorry, Thomas and Mark, but your Eagles finish in second place. The Dallas Cowboys became the first team to win the NFC East in consecutive seasons since the Eagles did so back in 2004.
Week Eighteen
Washington Commanders versus Dallas Cowboys
The season ends happily as the hated Washington team arrives at AT&T Stadium and loses to the Dallas Cowboys 38-20.
This means old Jerry Jones will be happy for one more week. Because folks, like I said on the NFC East/West show, the Dallas Cowboys will likely lose in the second round of the playoffs, disappointing Cowboys Nation for another season.
