By: Bully The Line
Clyde Edwards-Helaire over 2.5 receptions (+120) – The chiefs have had injuries to the offensive line all season long. Starting lineman. With season-ending injuries to starting guard Kelechi Osemele and starting right tackle Mitchell Schwartz on top of that left tackle, Eric Fisher had a season-ending injury in the AFC Championship Game vs the Bills. Even with all the injuries, the line has held its own this season. But now they will face the Bucs who have the #1 rush defense and…. I look for a lot of screen passes in this matchup and Helaire will take advantage. This season Helaire had 36 catches for 297 yards and a TD receiving. Also, Helaire has had at least 1 catch in every game since week 2 of the regular season and I look for that to continue in the Super Bowl.
1st quarter Buccaneers Team Total over 6.5 (Even) – In the nine Super Bowls that Tom Brady has played in he has only averaged 3 points total in the 1st quarter. So historically Brady gets off to a slow start in the big game. I look for that to change in this matchup. I think he knows that he will need to get off to a fast start to keep up with this Kansas City Chiefs offense. I am going to go against the grain and take the Over.
