There is no way Karen Read will ever be convicted. The jurors were deadlocked in the Karen Read trial, and multiple jurors have come forward and said they voted not guilty on second-degree murder and leaving the scene of an accident unanimously. They were deadlocked on the lesser charges like manslaughter. When the judge heard the defense’s motion to dismiss the more serious charges, she declined, and a new trial date is set for January 27th.
The Karen Read 20/20 Didn’t Have New Information
The 20/20 episode on Karen Read didn’t reveal any new information. They omitted her backing into John O’Keeffe’s car in his driveway the morning she went out looking for him and cracked her taillight. Alan Jackson is too good and makes the prosecution look bad with their case, as does David Yannetti. It’s so bad that the Norfolk DA hired Whitey Bulger’s attorney to prosecute Karen Read.
Norfolk DA Trying Hard To Make Karen Read Guilty
The Norfolk DA performed so poorly in the first trial that an outside attorney named Hank Brennan will now be the lead prosecutor in the new trial.
On Friday the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has agreed to review the Karen Read case to dismiss the more aggressive charges after judge Beverly Cannone denied the motion.
Karen’s lawyer Martin Weinberg said in a statement.
Like Alan Jackson said the Norfolk DA going outside to prosecute Karen Read is telling. They really want to make sure she is found guilty of killing John O’Keeffe. However, the cops investigating the case all have mutual connections with each other and the injuries don’t add up. Just like the Sandra Birchmore case which the same DA ruled the death a suicide because a police officer was involved.
People Saw Karen Read’s SUV That Night
It’s quite evident that the Norfolk DA’s decision to prosecute Karen Read is significant, especially since it indicates a strong desire to secure a guilty verdict for the killing of John O’Keeffe. However, it’s concerning that the investigating officers all have connections with one another, and the evidence of the injuries doesn’t seem to align. This situation is reminiscent of the Sandra Birchmore case, where the same DA ruled the death a suicide even though a police officer was involved.
There are conflicting accounts regarding Karen Read’s presence in her SUV outside the house on the night in question. While people did see her vehicle and her in it, no one witnessed John being hit, nor did anyone hear any screaming. Logically, if an incident had occurred, a body would have been visible due to the reflection of the headlights on the front lawn. Additionally, there was more snow at 6 am than at 1:45 am.
it’s funny how the state of Massachusetts has the money to waste on a second useless trial, but never has the money to help the people in the state This is why people are moving out of Massachusetts because it’s getting too corrupt
Steve, Keep swallowing that kool-aid. You don’t even make sense. Massachusetts doesn’t have money to help the people in the state? Good God, where have you been? As for the Read case, you certainly sound biased. Sounds like you didn’t watch the trial? Don’t feel bad, most Read supporters didn’t. Too busy “making history “. If it wasnt so sad, it’d be comical.
