Parker was awful and had an terrible attitude towards Mac Jones. Bill Belichick got rid of Jakobi Meyers and gave Parker a contract extension last off-season.

With Parker Retiring and Cole Strange out for the beginning of the season it clearly shows you how much of a change needed to happen after the 4-13 season last year. Failing Mac Jones a first round quarterback and drafting defense last year wasn’t the best option. Here is what Mayo said the other day about Cole Strange

Eliot Wolf is in charge of the roster and drafted only one defensive player in the draft. The rest was offense to help the Drake Maye. Funny how that works.

Eliot Wolf saw that Parker was useless and they released him. Honestly it wouldn’t surprise me if Tyquan Thornton another bad Belichick draft pick and useless JuJu Smith-Schuster replaced by Jakobi Meyers are gone too. Not to mention the toxic backup who thinks he’s Tom Brady.

Less Of A Hard-Ass Vibe Around the Patriots

There’s no ego’s anymore in the building other than probably Zappe because he kissed up to Belichick thinks he’s the best thing since Tom Brady. Brissett, Milton, and Maye will be the quarterbacks come training camp. Maybe they put Milton on the practice squad and sign a veteran backup behind Brissett while Maye develops. Maye isn’t playing this season Wolf wants to prove Belichick wrong that they can develop the quarterback the right way. You even had Mayo taking shot at Belichick.

After the Cole Strange response Mayo said

That’s more information than you normally would get, right?” Mayo joked.

The hits just keep on coming for Belichick whether people want to see it or not. Belichick wouldn’t have drafted Drake Maye and if he did he would’ve made his life he’ll like he did Mac Jones. I’m so glad there’s a new era and relaxed vibe with the Patriots.

Even Keion White took a shot at Belichick about it’s nice not getting yelled at all the time.
