The draft for Season 5 of the NBA 2KLeague just took place on February 26th so for this article I will be doing a draft recap for the home team Wizards DG. Wiz DG had 2 picks in this year’s draft along with Dayfri, JustAwkward, and Newdini still on the roster. Going into this draft they would be looking to find a PG to lead the team this season with the retirement of the 2x NBA back-to-back 2KLeague champ and former number one draft pick in season 3 JBM. With their first selection at pick 22 District Gaming selected TyESGN. TyESGN is no stranger to the 2kleague he played for BucksGG season 3. In season 3 he played lock now he will have the opportunity to stay at his main position at PG he has had great success and he is one of the most consistent PG’s on the Xbox side of Pro-Am.

With their last pick in the draft, Wiz DG brings back the one and only BRICH! I cannot believe that the teams in the league let him fall back to the wizards after seeing what he did in the finals last year he simply does what he needs to do when the money is on the line or when his name is called to step up. With no Sixth Man in the league this year, the 5 players on Wiz DG for season 5 will be TyESGN, BRICH, JustAwkward, Newdini, and Dayfi. I feel like this will be another great season for Wiz DG.
