5) Is Joe Judge the Coach of the Year? The New York Giants started the season 1-6. They were not winning games, but they played hard and they were very well coached. New York defeated Seattle, 17-9 on Sunday. They have now won 4 in a row. They are doing this without their starting quarterback and Shaquon Barkley is out for the year. Judge should be coach of the year.
4) The Steelers are in trouble. The Pittsburgh Steelers lost to the Washington football team, 23-17. They only rushed for 21 yards. This is a team that is fighting injuries and can not seem to get a running attack going. They will not win many games with Ben Roethlisberger throwing the ball 50 times per game. This team is 11-1 but they are not a complete team.
3) There is a new starter in Philadelphia. The Eagles are 3-8-1 on the year. They are ranked 27th in total yards and 28th in passing yards. On Sunday, Jalen Hurts will start at quarterback for Carson Wentz. The rookie out of Oklahoma should provide an offensive spark. This is the right move to make.
2) Aaron Rodgers and Devante Adams, simply the best. Rodgers is leading the NFL in touchdown passes with 36 and Adams leads the NFL with 13 touchdown receptions. Both should receive votes for MVP. These two have great chemistry and that makes them unstoppable when they are clicking.
1) Baker Mayfield has his biggest win as a pro. The Cleveland Browns led the Tennessee Titans, 38-7 at halftime. They won the game 41-35. The Brown are now 9-3 and are guaranteed to make the playoffs. Mayfield threw for 334 yards and 4 touchdowns passes. Since Odell Beckham Jr. went down with an injury, Baker has 11 touchdown passes, 1 interception and has a passer rating of 102.
