NBA Playoffs: Top 7 Greatest Clutch Shots of All-Time

The NBA season is still on hold because of the Corona Virus. Here are a few flashback shots to satisfy your hunger for NBA basketball.

Below are my top 7 NBA Playoff Shots off-all time, let the debates begin.

Honorable mention:

Ray Allen hits the 3-point shot for the Miami Heat:

Trailing 3-2 and losing 95-92, to the San Antonio Spurs, Ray Allen hits a three-point shot to send the game to overtime. The Heat went on to win the NBA Championship in Game 7. Inexplicably, Tim Duncan was not in the game which allowed Chris Bosh to keep the play alive and get the ball to Allen.

7) LeBron James:

Battling against a much better Orlando Magic team, LeBron hits this tremendous shot. At the time, it was the biggest shot in the history of the Cleveland Cavaliers. Cleveland going to be down 0-2, heading to Orlando, before James hit this game winner.

Trailing 2 games to 1. The Miami Heat were looking at an unsurmountable, 1-3 deficit against the Bulls. LeBron hits this shot below and silenced the windy city crowd in Chicago.

6) Damian Lillard sends the OKC Thunder packing:

Tied at 115-115, Lillard hits a 35-footer. Paul George is considered one of the best defenders in the NBA, that didn’t matter. Lillard hits the game winning shot and ended the Thunder season.

5) Michael Jordan ends the Utah Jazz championship dreams:

Down by 1 point, Jordan not only stole the ball from Karl Malone, he hits the game winner to capture his 6th title.

Irving hits the game winning shot and the city of Cleveland won their first title, in any sport, since 1964. It was the first time in the history of the NBA that a team was down 3-1 and came back to win it all. Before the shot, LeBron James has the greatest block in NBA Finals history.
